Shaimon Devasia – Founder & CEO
With over a decade of experience in business development and training, Shaimon Devasia founded Ideal Business Training with a clear mission: to transform businesses through expert-led, results-driven programs. His extensive background in business consultancy has given him deep insights into the challenges companies face, and his strategic approach ensures that each program delivers measurable value. Shaimon's dedication to excellence and continuous growth is the driving force behind the company's success, helping businesses thrive in an ever-changing market.

Mr. Sebastian Arakal – Senior Training Director

Mr. Sebastian Arakal holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and is a Master Transactional Analyst from the Institute for Counselling and Transactional Analysis (ICTA), a leading organization in counseling methods and transactional analysis. He began his career in the Kerala Government Service and later joined the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) as a Development Officer. An award holder of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) UK, Mr. Arakal currently serves as a Senior Business Associate with LIC.

As the founder of Insure Tips, an Alpha G educational movement for aspiring insurance advisors and financial consultants, he is also a transformational coach and a certified practitioner of NLP & Enneagram. His expertise in personal development and business coaching significantly contributes to the growth and success of Ideal Business Training.

Mr. Arakal is happily married to Little Theresa and is blessed with a son, Ivan Antony Arakal.

Treesa Shaimon – Managing Partner

Mrs. Treesa Shaimon is an essential pillar of Ideal Business Training, offering unwavering support to her husband, Shaimon Devasia, in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business. With a keen understanding of business operations, she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and ensuring that its mission is carried out effectively.

Her hands-on involvement in managing business processes, client relations, and operations makes her an integral part of the team. Mrs. Treesa’s dedication to the success of the business and her support to Shaimon has been vital in the company’s continued growth.

She is a proud wife to Shaimon Devasia and is deeply committed to supporting both the business and her family.

Mrs. Little Theresa – Managing Partner

Mrs. Little Theresa is an entrepreneur with a passion for transforming lives through co-creative interventions. As an aspiring learner of human behavior and natural healing arts, she is deeply committed to helping individuals and businesses grow.

She is a partner in Insure Tips, an Alpha G educational movement aimed at training aspiring insurance advisors and financial consultants. As a transformational coach, she is an advanced-level learner in Transactional Analysis & Psychosynthesis, as well as a certified practitioner of Yoga and Enneagram.

Mrs. Little Theresa’s approach integrates holistic methods with practical business strategies, helping individuals and teams achieve lasting transformation. She is happily married to Sebastian Arakal and is blessed with a son, Ivan Antony Arakal.
